The low fat version of the crispy wings, not worse than the fried ones

Steps/methods

Wash the wings well and control the water. Put in the oil, salt, black pepper, paprika and soy sauce and let it pickle for about 2 hours.

Coat evenly with flour, shake off excess powder, and make a thin layer

Make sure the chicken wings are coated with egg mixture so that the breadcrumbs are evenly covered

Cover with breadcrumbs

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and brush the sheet with a thin layer of oil. Place the wings on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

When the wings are golden on top, they're almost ready to bake. Let it cool a little to make it crispy
