In a large container, place 1/3 of the sugar and 1/2 of the pure milk. Pour in the whipped cream and beat in one direction with a whisk. Add sugar three times and pure milk two times during the mixing process. If large bubbles appear, add sugar and pure milk the next time. Stir for 15 minutes. Until the plastic pattern of whipped cream can be, the temperature is low, and the white sugar is more easily dispatched.
