First boil the zongzi leaves with boiling water, and then take them out and clean them. Get a wide piece of pork belly and cut it into about two centimeter pieces.

Put a few slices of ginger under the rice cooker and put the wrapped pork belly in the pot. Pour in a bottle of beer and half a bottle of beer water.
